For our first overnight in the woods with our little girl, we decided to drive 3 hours away and stay for 5 days/4 nights! Go big or go home, right?

Plus what could go wrong? In all honesty, nothing. Nothing went wrong and it was better than I could have ever imagined. Sure, Blayke ate sand, rocks, sticks, got super dirty, we ran out of baby wipes, and wore our puffy jackets a lot but it was the best family camping trip ever without any set expectations other than enjoy each other’s company. And that we did, immensely!

Plus – we had visitors on our last night!!
